Ramadahn and Kendo

For all our muslim members that will be fasting during Ramadahn please take care when doing kendo, whether at home or in the dojo. Kendo is very physically demanding (especially in the hot weather) and we actually do want to see you back after Lebaran. Although there are no changes to the training schedule for JKA, you are reminded that your health and well being should come first. However, for anyone still wanting to practice there are many ways you can keep your kendo skills in check during this month of fasting. Please check the bulletin board for further information or speak to your seniors or sensei.
